Free Shipping

Always enjoy free shipping on eligible orders $99 and over, after discounts and before taxes. Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent via Canada Post, FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. Baby Square was started from dedicated our efficient and quality service to each customers, for this reason, we chose FedEx as our shipping partner.

All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. If there are any issue with your order availability or shipping delay, a Baby Square customer service representative will contact you by phone or via email within 48 hours after the order placed. Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

*Some over-size products may charge the extra shipping fee. The accuracy rate and charge will depends on Fedex.

Free Shipping to Stores

Baby Square always offer free shipping to any of our retail store. We will contact you via phone after your order arrives at the store and is ready for pick up. Identification is required when picking your order up.

Baby Square reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Surcharges & Receiving

All orders are shipping together from our central warehouse. If there are any differentials with shipping amounts (or over-sized items that require additional shipping charges) a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours after the order placed.

For insurance purposes, all deliveries are shipped with "signature required". You must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for your delivery. Your signature indicates acceptance, please make sure you have received the proper number of packages and all correct undamaged item before signing. Please refuse signing if you found any damages or shortages. FedEx will attempt to deliver orders thrice. After that, packages are held at their depots during a limited time and then shipped back to our warehouse. In order to arrange a redelivery, delivery charges will need to be paid again by the purchaser.

We are unable to offer our free shipping to following areas. We will contact you with the shipping surcharge after your order placed online. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Returning & Cancellation

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours from the time of order. Cancellation will be not permitted after the order has been shipped.

Baby Square offers 20 DAYS RETURN POLICY on all returnable products.

Baby Square is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We will gladly issue an exchange or refund on all products purchased at regular price if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Returned or exchanged must be original condition with receipt and original packaging.

Any legible return products have to be resellable condition before issuing a refund. Any item is no returned in its original condition and packaging or is no longer resalable with new condition 30%-50% restocking fee will be charged.

Restocking fees

Please be advised that this return will be subjected to restocking fees if opened/used, because we will have to re-sell the product at much lower price when the reason of return is not due to our error. Also non-refundable original/initial freight (amount depends on your location) will be applied because we indeed paid courier to ship to you even when we offered free shipping, plus "Refund Service Fees" charged by Paypal/Ali Pay/Wechat Pay (not us, the third-party payment servicers) will also be applied (it usually takes 3% service fee of the total amount) from your refunds.

Unfortunately we cannot afford customers to buy it, try it and play it, then return it, sadly because of the very slim margin due to Marketplace's intense competition. Restocking fees will help us to recover partially from the lost of your return.

In-Store Purchases

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 10 days in original condition with receipt and original packaging. store credit or exchange only for items returned within 20 days from the receipt date. All sale items are final sale. Some exceptions apply – please see below for a listing of these items.

Online Purchases

The exchange policy for an online order is 20 days from the purchase date. For online orders being returned to a store location a copy of your receipt or gift receipt is required. If you would like return an online order via mail, please contact our customer representative via phone or email to request a Return Request Form to process your return. You have 10 days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the Return Request Form. After receiving your return, Baby Square will inspect the item to make sure it is in resalable condition before issuing a refund. It will be refunded within 5 business days after your return approved.


*Only the Burnaby location accept online retuning products, please delivery/mail the products directly to Burnaby location.

*Please note that shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.
