Free Shipping in Canada
Always enjoy free shipping on eligible orders of $99 and over in Canada, after discounts and before taxes. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent via Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express, etc. Baby Square was started from dedicated our efficient and quality service to each customer, for this reason, we chose FedEx as our shipping partner.
All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. If there are any issues with your order availability or shipping delay, a Baby Square customer service representative will contact you by phone or via email within 48 hours after the order is placed. Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
*Some over-size products may charge an extra shipping fee. The accuracy rate and charge will depend on Fedex.
Free Shipping in US
Always enjoy free shipping on eligible orders of $199 and over in US, after discounts and before taxes. Shipping fees are determined by the locations of our shipping partners. If your location falls outside of their designated areas, there may be additional shipping costs that were not factored into your original order. This policy is applicable to orders that qualified for Free Shipping as well as those that did not meet the free shipping threshold.
While we strive to identify a shipping rate that aligns with the estimated parameters, certain items such as oversized products cannot be automatically calculated by the system and will require manual calculation by our online team. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will promptly reach out to you with available shipping alternatives.

US-Bound Shipment Information
Shipments destined for the United States do not cover brokerage fees or any duty or customs charges associated with international shipping. Shipments exceeding a specific value may attract the attention of local Customs office, which is beyond our jurisdiction. The recipient bears full responsibility for any charges incurred as a result.

What Are Your Delivery Times?
In most case, orders are delivered the next business day between 10AM to 5PM when you order by 8:00PM, Monday through Friday. Orders Placed after 10:00 AM on Friday and Weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
The shipping system will send the tracking information by email automatically after the order has been shipped. Please see below for the estimated delivery time by Major Province. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, please refer to the delivery information in the shipping confirmation email.

Receiving
BabySquare guarantees that the product will be kept in perfect condition until the Courier collects it. Additionally, we will be closely monitoring your package throughout its transit and will promptly address any instances of loss or damage. However, we are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by our shipping carrier that are lost or stolen.
In case of any unforeseen events, we are committed to assisting our customers in filing claims with the courier company. Our team is always ready to provide the necessary support and guidance whenever needed. In general, the carrier in Canada provides coverage for up to $100 in damages, and the compensation process can take approximately 6 months. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to consider adding Route Package Protection to their packages. (Customers have the option to add Route Package Protection on the order's check page, which offers comprehensive guarantees for the secure arrival of the packages.)
Surcharges
All orders are shipping together from our central warehouse. If there are any differentials with shipping amounts (or oversized items that require additional shipping charges) a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer free shipping to the specified areas. However, we will get in touch with you after you've placed your order online to discuss the shipping surcharge. We apologize for any inconvenience or delay this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
