How It Works:

  • · The item must be identical in brand, model, and specifications.
  • · The competitor must be a Canadian authorized retailer with a physical store.
  • · The item must be in stock at both Baby Square and the competitor at the time of the request.
  • · We do not offer price matching for items on closing sale or clearance sale.

  • How to Request a Price Match:

    If you find the same product at a lower regular price from a Canadian competitor, we’ll match it — no hesitation.

    Just email us at info@babysquare.ca with:

    • · A link to the competitor’s product
    • · A screenshot showing the lower price

    Once verified, we’ll adjust the price immediately — because we believe parents deserve peace of mind.

20-Day Price Protection:

Already made your purchase and found a lower price later? No problem!

If you purchased an item from Baby Square and see it at a lower price within 20 days, just show us the proof — we’ll refund you the difference.

Exclusions:

Baby Square reserves the right to exclude certain promotional events — such as Boxing Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or limited-time flash sales — from price adjustment eligibility.


Some items may also be excluded from price matching or price protection at our discretion.
